You have 14 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

 

Returns will be processed and a digital merchandise credit will be issued. Body jewelry and earrings excluded, those are final sale items.

 

Pre-ordered items can be returned for a digital store credit. Digital store credits will be good as long as NMme Collection is actively operating under the current owner Natalie Mckenzie.
